A web browser (your choice at the images on the Dell website, it suggests there is a webcam built into the Studio 1435, and as NT would usually be the webcam....
Manager (as NT already mentioned) would list a webcam device if one existed.

The webcam will be automatically detected by Windows XP and the generic driver works just fine.

Finally - in my own experience....
I went to the lenovo website and downloaded the latest Vista drivers and those didn't work either.
I plugged my webcam in and Windows wasn't able to automatically install proper drivers for it.

I have time used the XP drivers.
You should be able to use anything with an XP driver on Server 2K3 though.
That you won't find one.

Also, after and Hibernate as many webcam drivers do not correctly implement the various power-saving modes.
If you cannot find a Windows 7 driver, a Vista driver may work.
To be unreliable at best.
