I'd like to take the windows 7 RC and run it as a media center PC to record TV. Assuming my TV tuner has vista drivers will this work?

Your best bet would be to download the drivers from the printer manufacturer website.

The MS Publisher Imagesetter driver? It's included with Windows Vista under the Generic category of redmon available from alternate sources.
