I'd like to take the windows 7 RC and run it as a media center PC to record TV. Assuming my TV tuner has vista drivers will this work?

Your best bet would be to download the drivers from the printer manufacturer website.

I've only ever done it this way before I'm is to add Microsoft Windows Pnpsysprep_6.0 to pass 3 and under the setting PersistAllDeviceInstalls.
You can add drivers to a WAIK installation image (WIM).
