Is it bad to use the clear eyes eye drops twice a day, everyday?

If you're using those dropsI would recommend artificial tears before drops like that.
This is called rebound injection.
Your eye to get redder than before.

There is no limit on using artifical tears in your eye. Whitening drops like Visine and Murine should be used only on occassion (3-4 times/week). Any more risks causing "rebound redness" from the drops themselves.
