I have been having some tummy cramps the past few days, gradually getting worse. I have a doppler so listen to baby every morning so knowing baby seemed ok I have been putting it off thinking its probably stretching, well the pain started to become unbearable...

My uti I had bad pain too and a colleague of mine who is 20 weeks pregnant recently went to a&e as in tons of pain.

Not all drs are terrible.
Drs aren't always needed or right but they do have their place and expert opinion that needs to be evaluated.
Take what they say with a grain of salt.

You should also look into endometiosis (it causes adhesions as well and many of your symptoms sound like endo because it can be anywhere I have it on my ureter, bowel, bladder, ovaries, etc. If you think this is the case you need to find an endo specialists...
