Drs Pain Stingy

With this since it is medical... but my real question is for the guys who have ever talked to Drs about pain meds for whatevs- med or recreational use, do you think there is any chance that I might be able not drug-seeking behavior to get a second opinion when your first doctor's being a stingy prick.
