I have heard rumors around the city more than once that officer McCarthy was seeking treatment in a Rehab Center.
I don't know why or what for, all I heard was the rumor.

It wont help unless you want to change.
It works out and well done for going through with it =) i didnt go to a specific rehab place, but in one of the hospitals i did a 20 week drug and alcohol course.
