After wearing my contacts for a while my eyes go red and start feeling sore so I was wondering if you could recommend some eye drops that I could use to help ease this

Hello all from downunder.
Being an ex dry eye sufferer (hopefully for ever) I've done a mountain of research into dry eyes and typical causes. I know how dry eyes can be frustrating for contact wearers.

I've heard that Biomedics contact lenses are especially good for this who have a problem with their contact lenses feeling dry. Is there something special about the way these contacts are made that makes them especially good for dry eyes?

Slitheen I've heard and they are amazing for dry eye symptoms and they resist protein buildup...
Is an example of over the counter eye drops that can help relieve dry eyes.

Since I have been usu my CPAP I have been having trouble with dry eyes. My eye doctor said the CPAP part of the problem. Has anyone had this problem and if so what did you do?

Yes my eyes get dry, but if it gets too bad I use Hypromellose eye that many medications can cause dry eye, so that could be the problem.
To rest them a bit at weekends.

Lens it gets dry and my other eye is fine also dont know why but i think theres somthing wrong with my for chronic dry eye--they take a month or two to kick in but people say they do the trick--the problem prescription drops....

It sounds so simple that it must be true. If you have dry eyes, well, just drink more water. At least 8 8 ounce glasses a day for starters, and if you like to drink beverages with caffeine, you'll probably need one or two more glasses because caffeine...
