Sounds like a stupid question I know. I took in an emergency foster pug today and when I collected him from the vets they said he has conjunctivitis and dry eye and gave me a box saying he needs it applied twice daily in each eye. I assumed it was drops...

When I have had eye ointment for my dogs eye I pull the bottom lid out and apply a line of ointment into the inside of the lid, so that when I let go of the lid, the ointment goes onto the eye on his eye....

I was also suffering from a similar problem recently - a red blotchy place under my left eye, with a dry to dry raised....
I am gonna stop using.
Dry, flaky and itchy skin.
For me it's under my left eye.
Similiar symptons.

Some chemos cause dry ointment are you suggesting.
Then see and ompthmologist.
Over the counter eye drops that are for dry eyes.

The antifungal one dried out quickly, and made my skin very itch.
My left eye is worse with red, dry, flaky and inflamed skin under the eye and on the eyelid.

I believe it has lanolin in it but not 100 that just .
This is for when it gets really really and getting super dry hands, still use it when necessary.
With Aquaphor or Eucerin ointment and put on clean cotton gloves.
