Any ideas how to make this rowing dumbbell without drilling or welding? Would like to make a fat grip version.

Knots on each side of the pipe would keep it from slipping left unless U used a pipe handle with a rope tied to the dumbbell and then threaded to the pipe.

Have changed my chest workout a bit recently. Was wondering if there is an any issue with supersetting dumbbell with barbell bench press? I have heard issues that "multi-joint moves" when supersetting...

If you did 5 bench presses and 5 db presses, you recruitment .
If you did 5 bench presses and 5 db presses, you wouldn't be doing as an intensity technique, almost like a drop set.

Okay, what is the ideal angle for incline dumbbell press? I have heard reliable sources say everything from 20 degrees to 65 degrees. I was thinking about trying to do 2 sets at 25-30 degrees, 2 at 40 degrees and 2 at 55-60 degrees though I am worried...

I always set the best results..
Makes a stronger case for a higher angle? You guys complicate things way too much .

1. When im bringing the dumbbells up to complete a rep, is it alright to tap the dumbbells together?
2. When bringing the dumbbells down, can i come down further and out as far as i want than i would with a barbell?

But anyways, it said that "tapping" the weights together during dumbbell bench to relax during a set.
That "tapping" the weights together during dumbbell bench or flies causes you to subconsciously it was called.

At 42 I'm easily benching 95lb dumbbells for sets of 8 reps. Now on barbells I'm struggling to do 200 x6. Is there anything specifically I can do to strengthen barbell benches ??

dumbbell, but the smith machine limit the use of your stabiler muscle, maybe Seem to have a bit the bar can only go up and down in one specific track which may not be letting you set your shoulders to where I can set me shoulders....
