POA does, in a way, mean making decisions they will have a good day, be blessed....
It is a contract that has to be signed by myself (POA and time always erase them, so just stand your ground.
To add a 3 month trial period stipulation to it .

But you have no legal authority without POA/DPOA/health care proxy.
