This is due to the new Blu Ray disc player can also play the dvd.

Hey all
Family member wants me to find him a decent 32" TV... no worries there, im fairly up to play with tv's. Howver he wants also dvd player (ok if its bluray but dont wanna spend a fortune) that can play multizone stuff i.e he had some zone 2 stuff...

Most DVD players can be set to multi region using a simple remote hack -just google the model a note in the box on how to set your player to multi region.

DVD+R came out around 2004 and will not play at all in a DVD player....
Your options then are to get machines are compatible with DVD-R.
Fixed DVD player in the UK it will not be blurry, it simply wont play.

I bought a SONY DVD multi region player model number DVP-SR150, and it is not playing multi region DVDs. I was told it was multi region so why is it not playing them? I got it from richer sounds!

Just got a music DVD from Amazon and can't play it as message comes up with no PAL. Amazon tells me the DVD is multi region and my DVD just needs adjusted
Can any one tell me if this is the case? Looking on line it looks like my DVD doesn't support PAL...

Find your players model is an American DVD player then it won't support scart out - and is unlikely to play any PAL DVDs ....
To play Region 1 or other non pal formats, your player has to be multi region.

In Car Stereo / CD Player / DVD Player Head Unit

Is easy to fit, fully working, tilt screen etc.
Play normal CD's. DVD's, Add multi screen, Parking Cameras.... etc.
