I took out the 2 free months of movies .01/08 and recieved my bill today. I am baing cahrged for the sky movies this month.
After e-mailing custoemr services i was told - nothing they can do the offer did not work.
I have now asked them to downgrade...

Hmm similar issue, added the 2 months free movies deal on the 7/8 and on the 8/8 i had a bill for part month but assumed when my next full bill became due they would be free?
