Call ebay....
The listing that was removed should be understanding and reinstate your listing so you can relist.
I believe you can go to "my ebay" then click on unsold items..

Having revised my listing changing the content wondering why they can't list more items but it's usually for the designer stuff an can't list again on with their selling id gets....
Copies, and thankfully ebay did let me relist.

I have been selling on ebay for close to 12 years. And business has been amazing! Ebay is such a vast giant sales landscape that the duplicate item listing is necessary. In my opinion ebay should not limit a single fixed price auction to one! How insane...
