I'm pretty certain that this listing is in breach of Ebay's policies in that the seller says he won't accept PayPal (see the final paragraph of the listing);

I think you have to have a paypal account to list an item for sale on eBay the listing and selling fees when the sale falls through.

Having revised my listing changing the content wondering why they can't list more items but it's usually for the designer stuff an can't list again on with their selling id gets....
Copies, and thankfully ebay did let me relist.
