Said reason(s) are not always understood by the seller whose account is suspended.

If they are associated with suspended ebay accounts they can not go near ebay again.

I had nothing to lose since ebay banned and pp limited permanently.
Usually suspended indefinitely - means indefinitely - i'd say a very very VERY small percentage.
