I have not used film in several....
Our film cameras started having problems but we needed something quick so we got out Kodak Easyshare $700-800 for the camera at the time and it was maybe 1mp and the quality was horrible if you wanted.

I got this USB light from Hong Kong for $2 shipping included. Basically it's 13 led bulbs with a flexible shaft and you just shove it in your USB hole.
Certainly not a professional light source but it's bright and can be flexed into any position. Perhaps...
