I have trouble taking vitamins - they seem to upset my stomach. I've tried only taking them after I eat but my largest meal is at night (I am trying to switch this around). Any ideas? Or maybe if they upset my stomach they are not so great after all?

Recent articles about a study of vitamins are questioning their safety. Any opinions here about taking vs not taking vitamins? Do you take them? Mostly I'm concerned about a multivitamin and the discussion about copper and iron in them. Thanks.
