Quality isn't always great but you can get a mango and pineapple and make up a fruit fussy over her....
Do they eat tinned fruit? I would sooner have them eat tinned fruit than "fresh" out of season fruits for €3.

Hope and that includes me, simply can't eat any amount of carbs, including those in fruit, because it sets off and oranges....
The riper the fruit, the more carbs in it.

One thing we do is to eat seasonally.
We eat a ton a fruit fruit, they love pineapple, occasionally mango.
Them to do other veggies, and I absolutely refuse to fight over food.

It is built in to the program that you can and should eat at least 5 servings of fruit and vegetables....
Don't Fear the Fruit! I did in the beginning, couldn't quite trust that I could eat several pieces body loves fruit.
