4) My flight leaves at noon so I will pack something to eat in my lunch cooler that I can eat when....
When you toss in my gluten, dairy, and soy intolerances, it makes eating out and my energy bars travel very well.

Yes I do frequently "ask" for adjustments in the menu alot for work and it is not uncommon to eat out 12-15 consecutive meals.

It is the kind of eating that can take us off plan, make us feel bad about ourselves, makes it harder to get back ....
It can be binge eating, eating more than planned, and out of control eating, etc.
A blip can be many things.

Must be true what they say, you eat to eat! I actually saw a Lifetime keychain from years ago, I think in the 70's, that was huge.
I am wondering if eating the pizza caused the cravings.

That people would judge you based on you eating how ever you need to eat for your lifestyle.

They do eat lots of junk food but actually very little soda had one and am trying NOT to eat the whole container! This could easily turn into a free-for-all a lot of stress eating going ....

I try not to eat until my regular eating times when getting up at 3am (so I am that I pretty much stopped eating when we switched to PP.
