I try not to eat until my regular eating times when getting up at 3am (so I am that I pretty much stopped eating when we switched to PP.

Had a pretty good day today. Had an invite to hunt a new spot and we managed a pair of blacks. In the afternoon we released a bunch of pheasant and did a little dog training. My pup can't take credit for all the birds but she worked pretty hard today....

This gets your sleep schedule back in tune.
IMO, use them for 4-5 days and stop.
Withdrawal take them.
That said, I honestly think benzos are more trouble than they are worth .
