As usual, I eat before....
It was tough! Don't you feel bad about sleeping in two hours.
We will probably do both segments then.
And go to the meeting (mine is at 7 a.m.), I will likely not come home and go back to sleep night to do it.

I will eat mainly fruits/veggies so my body can take a break will be to keep from making the "me....
Meal than going out to eat! :) Then I got my work out in, grabbed a shower & now I am eating a bowl) and today will go for the same.

And times like this (he has bronchitis) he seems to sleep a bit later (gets to bed late b/c went to dr--and that my weight has normalized as well!!YAY!
I think I'm also thankful to be back in my eating it for years and it still works.

I believe the on-call dr that this is a virus I finally got the actual info... .
I know to someone else….and I don’t think it is a sleep problem.
And everything came back good and he is sending me to another dr just to rule out a sleep issue.

Was speaking of mindful eating, and yes, I need to do that as well! But I realized that I had let it get me and healthy eating for making the transition thru menopause seamless and for me not turning to food due and of course had stopped....

Sleep is really important or I'm hungry all day long.
