Having tried to sell motorbikes on eBay I can tell you the headache is epic.
Http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/motorfees.html Don't do it.
YMMV eBay doesn't take a fixed percentage on car listings.

Is ebay any good for selling a car? I am trying to sell my car but I am concerned that if I pay the ebay fee it could be a waste of money if the car doesnt sell..

It isn't an option with ebay thanks to the way the toadmunches have the two but they haven't yet.
Nlp now when selling on forum and non-ebay selling.
The costs are certainly limited that way.
You go the ebay route.

Would you be nervous about selling on ebay to a buyer with no feedback, or no previous purchases? My 414ce just sold on ebay to such a buyer, and it makes me a little nervous.
Any precautions I should take to protect myself that you can share.

Ebay will also charge you a listing fee and a I think approx 10% sellers fee feedback will simply not pay....
Make sure your to collect your money.
Been buying and selling on Ebay since November 1998 and know a thing or two about it.

eBay - The UK's Online Marketplace The guy has a feedback of 12 !! I think id sooner pay £15 more and get it from a proper shop with a guarantee.

Second if you sell it! I am not sure about the short....
First of all don't sell VERO!! they will still suspend you because ⊗⊗⊗⊗ aren't allowed on eBay even if you write in the description "This item is fa ke" they will still remove it.
