Wow...not a single response. If you have kids then there some great ebooks to keep them busy reading or have them start reading. Anyway hopefully the thread list wasn't overwhelming, may next time I will just post a few and in separate threads.

And yes it is the correct file format...
There are maybe a few that fire accepts..
I have over 20,000 ebooks, but my fire friends cannot use them, only reg kindle users or kindle app users.
Are you sure they work with Kindle Fire..

and Wikibooks C# Programming If you are experienced with .NET Framework already and want to move to C#, IMHO the best book would be this one, since it doesn't waste your time on re-explaining the programming... .

Anyone know a cheaper place to get ebooks than amazon? They all seem to be more expensive the paperback or even the hardcover.
Preferably a monthly service like netflicks that just lets you read as many as you wish.

I've been converted to the ebook format and I hate having to choose between $12 for the ebook version or $8 ($4 of which is shipping) for a paper version.
I hope that comes true.
ebook prices at least for a time.
