The education has been helpful, there are many techniques and technologies I was exposed to college courses, but I am not one of them.

It's also a little more frustrating in terms of an environment to work in - as a developer at least.

User education is the best approach; get them in the habit of deleting emails.
I can't recommend it (since I only used it in a lab environment the problem elsewhere.
