On Wednesday I finally got around to eating at Mythos! It was great! Another place in IOA I'm a fan of is Three Broomsticks, I love the fish and chips and atmosphere!
And in City Walk I love Bubba Gumps! My favorite is Cajun Shrimp wit a side of fries... .

With very few exceptions, the Oak Park, Berwyn, Forest Park area has been bereft of decent places to eat. No longer. Autre Monde fills this void and does it very well. I stopped by last Friday(their first full day of service) about 5pm just to say hello...

We had the pecorino croquettes, wood grilled rainbow trout (daily special), pappardelle the grilled veg dish.
Eggplant frites were similar to the Rillettes, nicely done, decent, not exciting left.
Allowed to shine.

This is the restaurant in the space once occupied by Timo/Thyme on Halsted at Grand and Milwaukee,
They've blown out the interior, brightened it all, and created a far more open, airy space with fine use...

I was not as bothered with the pappardelle with spicy wild, such as eggplant, cauliflower, asparagus, zucchini, and prosciutto, cheese, and olives, all for $14.
It just needed to be served hotter.
