Guys anyone got any good tips for flavouring rice I can't stand the taste of it plain?

Im thinking of trying to make my own egg fried rice with brown rice.....
Then scrample it with my eggs and add hot sauce i make fried rice, i cook the rice 1st, then an egg omlett plain-boiled with no oil.

imagine trying to do it that fast in my rice cooker eggs within the rice that I was cooking in my rice cooker.
For my egg cooker to hard boil 7 eggs.

Lets discuss one of the best sources of protein. How much do you consume per day? Whole eggs or just whites? Do you worry about the cholesterol content?
Personally I try to consume one whole egg plus at least 8 egg whites a day.

I just added eggs back per our pediatrician to my diet, but still have the other 7 eliminated. So, besides eating eggs themselves (not my favorite), I'm having a hard time finding foods with eggs in them that don't also have wheat, dairy and/or soy......
