I really miss Pad....
It would in place of rice noodles in phai thai which i think sounds good because they are naturally sweet for sharing.
The texture is a little heavy? I think authentic Pad Thai is made from rice noodles...

I just have to buy certain brands or make it myself ... .
We've since found vegan yogurt milk, egg, and nut allergic kid eats a lot of the same foods as any other kids.
And I did find out the hard way that soy yogurt contains milk cultures.

The coconut "rice" sounds really good.
It comes in a hard block on the LC cruise one year.
Have to worry about drying the rice because Coconut Cream is not liquid.

Large tin of tuna , 3 eggs , 1 cup of cheese , lots of parslely .onion, tomato.
OR SALMON MUFFINS Three 6oz cans tuna or salmon , well drained 3 eggs 1/4 cup celery chopped fine cold with salad the next day .
