I remember having a mushroom cream pasta there a few years back and it was good .
I personally like it very much on the promenade in Eilat.
It's Asian-western fusion restaurant.
But not in the Eilat branch.

Suggest at least 2-3 hours before closure, especially if you... .
I would get there in plenty of time, in case of hold ups .
We crossed the border in May for the one day tour with Desert Eco Tours, and I think the administration time etc took at leat an hour .

Great trip and very reasonably priced.
The bus takes about 4-5 hours (I can't remember exactly) through the desert .

You can book when you are here and the cost is around 150 Shekels .
However the trick is to go on one that is not full of loud drunken teenagers .

Second a tour from Eilat involved alot of logistics.
They'll pick you up in Eilat and escort you across Petra is in Jordan and not in Egypt so you will not be going to Taba.
Take a group tour via Desert Eco Tours.
