Either Cooper really nailed himself (repeatedly because I don't know how you could fall and hurt both elbows is really odd.

My first thought when you initially posted, is that things like HOD are often vaccine-induced. While this isn't a long bone issue, it just strikes me as a somewhat similar process. Could be wrong!
I would look into systemic, proteolytic enzymes...

When I get up in the morning, my knees and elbows are both sore. It is painful to walk down the stairs when I get up and sore bending and extending my arms. Once they are warmed up the pain goes away. Its mostly just the first hour or two after waking...
