UPDATE: Reputation gains have been hotfixed. Horde players now will gain reputation with Bilgewater Cartel when completing the elder quests, and now ALL home factions properly cap at Friendly (5999/6000). After that point, a player must use the city tabards...

Those 'Free loaders' will have put more INTO the system than any other group alive right now so they have a right to get what is rightly theirs now that they have reached this stage in life .
