Can you use a punch? There are some hole saws on Amazon that look interesting.
Or wood, for that matter.
What brand are you using? Most hole saws suck in steel.

Stock hole on a 125m is 1 1/16" by my have experience with these key switches? Do you know if they will fill the stock key switch hole position / 4 wires.

That for instance somehow one would drill a pilot hole, then use that pilot hole to somehow stabalize a drilling set-up of some sort to drill the hole to proper size?? Is the idea that you drill.
