Hi, Unblocking a hacked hotmail account? email address which code is being sent to no longer exists . I find my self in this position, and would appreciate it if someone could advise me how to get the code of my old account (removed by moderator) emailed...

When trying to send the code needed for unblocking my primary e-mail I have an issue because I have no idea what e-mail the code is being sent to. Can anyone help? Primary e-mail is (removed PII)

It appears that my hotmail account got hacked and to unlock the account it is stating that they will send a code to an alternative e-mail account.
The only problem is that the e-mail address that I gave at the time of registering is for the old company...

I had this the other day, I was told I wasn't hacked, just that some person was using my email name an unlocking code to an email address I have never had but I can't retrieve the code.

My hotmail account has been blocked and the only option was to send the verification code to an email address provided by Windows Live which I do not recognise or own, in fact I am not even convinced the email address exists as it contains special characters...

Big error went in and selected to opposite of what I wanted. Choose the do not block and kept those I want to block. How do I prevent those senders from being rejected. Did this under options, more options, custom ...
