How do I make yahoo unblock the images that come with the emails coming from our server?

I don't seem to be receiving bounce mails. The emails that we send out include these headers:
Return-Path: a huge long hex number @email-bounces.amazonses.com
From: an address @ our domain
Reply-To: an address @ our domain

Hi! I am not able to run a successful business, if people email me and I do not receive them until numerous hours/days later. This is one example. She emailed me yesterday and I received it 4am this morning. This is ridiculous.
