Assuming you have health insurance, what do you pay (including both your and your employers contribution)? What are the basics of the plan?
Were independent contractors, so we pay out of pocket ...

So here is the issue... I have been trying to get health insurance for my kids for 2 months since theirs expired so I applied for CHIP and put Avon as a form of income. I could not get any proof of income from them and CHIP said they HAD to have it. So...

I just heard back from my doctor. They were checking on insurance for a hysterectomy for me.
My deductible is 1195.00. They told me that my portion, to them, would be $379.00. I don't understand. Am I not responsible for the $1195.00 before hand?
