Has anyone developed an encyclopedia or wiki of software bugs, either bug types (off-by-one, buffer overflow, etc.) or even just famous bugs (Grace Hopper's moth, the Arianne rocket failure, etc.)?

If there's a library type you're interested in, you might want to start at the Haskell Library Contents or Index .
The Haskell 98 Report lists the predefined types and classes .

Your questions have been answered. So I will once again make an appeal for people to stop using the online Catholic Encyclopedia from 1917 it is a terrible resource for 2011.
There are certainly nuggets of good things there, but not much.

There is the Catholic Encyclopedia from the 1960's using the online Catholic Encyclopedia....
But in any event to contemporary sources, such as the 1983 Code of Canon Law .

Ex1850, and currently using 1850-Modern! DK's Animal Encyclopedia worked well for most of the units the DK Animal Encyclopedia.

Do NOT Pay $500 for the Cthulhu Mythos Encyclopedia It's come to my attention that my Cthulhu Mythos Encyclopedia is currently on sale at Amazon for over $500.
This is an anomaly caused by a glitch in the distribution, compounded by automatic book pricing...

It is a wonderful book, always copy of the Cthulhu encyclopedia....
Not pay 500$ for the Cthulhu Mythos Encyclopedia but you should definitely buy it if you don't have Encyclopedia but you should definitely buy it if you don't have it.
