The top end kit you will make around 330-340ish(being nice....
Cant remember his name for nothing though.
A stroker kit with a top end kit and put down like 350rwhp I think that guy said he spent like 9grand or something.

If you have $2000 to spend you can buy the trickflow top end kit,i think it's about 2300I'd not waste your money on the girdle, all it will do is help hold the parts together if you end.
