Didn't want to hijack the other thread but have heard people say there and in other posts on the forum that they are "built for endurance, not for speed" and I am just curious what that means to you?
I've always thought someone who is built for endurance...

Having come from a background of sports that are less focussed on longer endurance training (football, boxing etc), I find that now I am training for tris (first couple last year and aiming for more this year with IM at the end of 2012) my weight is plummeting...

I've decided I am going to cut out all the sugary gels and sports bars etc and just eat clean food something to think about.
It's been a learning curve to say the least.
