Having been on both sides of this question I would like to know people's thoughts on this subject.
With candidates sometimes investing significant costs to attend initial interviews should alternative ways be souight - eg skype or the plain old telephone...

Face to face is always the best method the "look and feel" of a contractor....
Electronic, Phone and then in person.
A phone interview done by HR can screen a lot from all over .
You have to narrow down to maybe 6-10 face to face.

What do you do at work to save energy? My students are doing a science / language unit on conservation of energy. They want to know how adults save energy in their work place. Can you let us know what your company does to help save energy / reduce waste...

As a bit of a laugh, i thought about turning off caps lock to save energy

What scientific experiments would be possible? Would having access to infinite energy make string theory falsifiable? I am pretty sure infinite energy would allow you to make a laser that could actually kill people.
