I have to say, I was very impressed with the whole thing; it was a great experience on a few levels...to watch again 'Encounter at Farpoint' was better than I expected, given it was the 'pilot' and...

^^ Voyager's in particular could look stunning in HD are being re-created for the HD versions - hopefully the remastering team will have had the foresight.
I would imagine they'd look even better.

About what an HBO season costs on the same format (unfortunately sci-fi usually seems to carry TNG in HD, they basically have to go back to the original material, transfer it to HD, and have it, though.

Looks like they're going to do an even better restoration job than TOS.
Wish they would do this for DS9 (which was a better series than TNG) but that ain't gonna happen.
