I'm looking into developing an enterprise iPhone app. As it will be proprietary and will not be submitted to the App store, am I free to use private APIs?

There is no app review process for enterprise.

I can't commend on ColdSpark, but to me an "enterprise email system" is one that fits an enterprise.
An Enterprise solution is one that costs a lot to obtain and maintain, and does half of what you to use it and keep it running.
