When you are having people over or planning an event where food is served, and you are in charge of quantities, do you tend to order/prepare/serve too much , just enough , or not enough ?
I’m just curious based on an incident that happened to me today...

We do entertain more now....
My trick with guests is to have the food ready and only needing to warm up, but to put to it, then did cleaning and laundry while she slept and had food ready when she woke up! I surely hope.
