Most online gambling is illegal in the US, and since a payment processor has to be reputable, it's not likely you'll find any that operate... .
I think it can be used for that kind of websites .
AlloPass is a common micropayment platform for European websites.

While I can't definitively answer #1 as I have no experience with AGP cards, I'll hazard you need to install (and update) the drivers for the card once you've got it plugged in and powered up .

You may also want to visit the nVidia site and run their graphics driver detection tool, and let it install the right display drivers for you .
Post the hardware IDs of the base system drivers and we can look around for you .
