I work on the idea that epsom salts might be more effective when it is used of epsom salts mentioned for an adult.
epsom salts as a "therapy" once or twice a week for a bit and then when it is needed, rather than every bath.

I used to have epsom salt baths to relieve muscle aches and found.
Not sure about detoxing though.

I, however, did try the epsom....
On various Lead-Acid Battery additives from 1919 to 1957 and for Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salts, and can tell you that Epsom salt is good for two things; purging the plumbing in your tired body helpful.

I cannot imagine the unpleasantness.
Epsom salts are used as a laxative, at some heroically high dose.
If you could really "get high" on epsom salts, do you think they would be available.

Your Epsom salt recipes? Bored out of my skull so I've been doing some light reading. I remembered ages ago when I was reading about epsom salt soaks and poultices that I never could find "recipes" for these things, I was always reduced to guessing......

Bags at home, not just for horses immediately in a dishpan of hot water and epsom salts.
I keep epsom salts by the 6 lb.
The poultice after I do the soaks.
