A few years ago I purchased a bunch of reloading equipment, mostly Herters. I have a press type piece that I can't identify however. Is there a way I can send a picture to someone? It may be some sort of primer seater but seems to big.

I'd agree that Alain's approach could come over as over pedantic and unduly cosseting of kit .
