Don't feel bad about treating for reflux for 4 months, they have to treat for about 3 months before they can diagnose the EE anyhow, and... .

He had reflux, ear infections, skin rashes, constant runny nose, never slept at night, was NEVER a fan of solids and would gag and vomit .

LO is only 4% for weight and 25% for height (depsite her parents being 85-95% for height along with most family) and is still getting reflux and vomiting from yogurt at 15 months. We had a really tough time with the dairy intolerance when she was little...

I would definitely make an appointment and get tested and ask the allergist's opinion on getting scoped for EE .
I don't know why you wouldn't see an allergist.
There is at least one mom on this board with an EE diagnosis for her child .

I have Celiac as well as Eosinophilic Esophigitis (EE). I went gluten free immediately after I had positive bloodwork for celiac. I've had an overall positive response to being gluten free.

My uncle was diagnosed with oesophageal cancer 4 years ago, I don't know what stage it was at but was definitely advanced; his diagnosis came about because of a secondary tumour in his brain .
