Real estate has been slowing for the past couple months, I'm just glad it didn't burst like many real estate can take months (or years in an extreme situation), while the prices are dropping.

Look into 80/10/10 or 80/20 loans if you don't have closing costs into the loan -....
If you don't have at least 20% for a downpayment you'll be paying PMI which is basically like throwing money into the trash .
DON'T get a 100% loan.
