On October 17, 2011 I made a post retirement transfer from CREF Money Market to TIAA Real Estate. On Nov. 29, decided to reverse that position, transferring from Real Estate back to Money Market. In early December, I received a letter denying this transfer...

Most appraiser jobs currently do not require a college education, but rather specific training within the appraisal area. Most states require at least 2000 hrs of documented appraisal experience as a appraisal assistant along with 90 hours of approved...

Who makes more money, a residential Real Estate Salesperson or a Commercial Salesperson? I am just getting into RE and I can go either way. I suspect that the commercial agent has the potential to do better because the prices are higher.
