For one, I'd expect the free wireless internet access to not work in Europe, (and there isn't a way I'm aware of to configure it to use a paid one.

Everywhere I searched there is no 'way around this' as the browser used AT&T and it looks like Amazon doesn't want to pay that roaming charges .
So, no free internet.
