Traveling from London to Paris on 26May. Can i walk up to window and buy my ticket on the day I plan to travel OR do they typically sell out in advance? Also noticed two different prices, one on Eurorail and the other Eurostar. Any suggestions?

You may buy Eurostar tickets on the day of travel, subject to availability, but the fare will make that immediately! And, btw, use only the Eurostar website (the train company direct) and not Rail Europe from Stansted - though you can from....
Ignore London Pass IMO. Your better bet is an Oyster card, basically you put cash on it, cash gets deducted for every trip, it won't cost more than any other system of paying (such as Travelcard or single fare). What to do in London depends on your interests...

Buy for the zones you want, probably the centre only, and that's all your bus and tube travel covered.
For London transport, I suggest buying a travelcard on the day - works from 0930am to 2am the next day.
