Is this a good second seat? I'm looking for something in the $50 range to put it our other car that we rarely drive.

The tribute can be an easier install b/c it has the recline thing where that they were both $40 seats.
They last very close to the same amount of time .

But you can't make them.
It's frustrating when people you love and care about don't care about carseats and car safety .
