Something convenient that doesn't make you do more I don't think that making a web page with MS Word front page but i think your should first learn the basic of css and html for web designing.

Excel: use JExcelAPI or Apache POI ; PDF: use iText ; Word: Apache POI to application/vnd.ms-excel .
